If there's one thing I've learned over the years, it's that real estate is rarely just about the house.
It's about the people, the life changes, the goals, the questions, and sometimes the uncertainty that comes with making a big decision.
Whether you're buying your first home, selling a home you've loved for years, relocating, downsizing, or simply exploring your options, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
I help buyers and sellers throughout Cherokee County, North Metro Atlanta, and surrounding North Georgia communities navigate the real estate process with confidence and clarity.
I believe the best real estate experience starts with listening. No two people are exactly alike, and no two moves are exactly alike either. That's why I take the time to understand what's important to you before discussing strategies, timelines, or next steps. My role is to help you navigate the process, understand your options, and make decisions that feel right for you.
My background includes mortgage lending, property management, and residential real estate sales, which gives me a well-rounded perspective when helping buyers and sellers navigate the many moving parts of a transaction. I love explaining the details, answering questions, and helping clients feel comfortable with every step along the way.
When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me creating content about homes, cleaning, organization, and everyday life. You may also know me as Stephanie Booth Home on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, where I share homeowner tips, maintenance advice, DIY projects, organization ideas, and a healthy dose of myth-busting. I enjoy helping homeowners better understand how to care for their homes, avoid costly mistakes, and feel more confident tackling everyday homeownership challenges.
I've been married to my husband Scott since 1998, have two wonderful daughters, two amazing sons-in-law, a granddaughter who keeps us smiling, and a very goofy Great Dane who firmly believes she's a lap dog.

Q: What's your favorite title?
Hands down “Grandma”!
Reading comments on viral cleaning hacks and trying not to immediately explain why half of them are terrible ideas.
Q: What's your guilty pleasure?
Q: What’s usually playing in your car?
Most likely Def Leppard, Bryan Adams, Whitesnake, or some other 80s hair band. If there's a guitar solo involved, I'm probably listening to it.
Q: What do you enjoy most about creating social media videos?
Helping people avoid expensive mistakes. Whether it's a home maintenance issue, a cleaning myth, or a real estate question, I love sharing information that genuinely helps people.
Q: What’s one thing you’ll never find me doing?
Sleeping in a tent. God bless the people who love camping, but I personally believe air conditioning, indoor plumbing, and a comfortable mattress are wonderful inventions.
Q: What’s your favorite room in a house?
The kitchen. For years I was more of a "follow the recipe and hope for the best" cook, but lately I've really enjoyed learning how to cook properly. There's something satisfying about creating meals, gathering family around the table, and trying new recipes that don’t make the family say “ewww".
